1 Box Betty Crocker Gluten Free Brownie Mix
1/2 cup yogurt
water (about 1/4 cup)

Mix together and back according to box instructions!

Enjoy - these will be very fudgy not cakelike at all!

YAY for P.F. Changs!  They have expanded their gluten free menu!   It is always great when restaurants are taking notice and making life easier for being gluten intolerant.  Click on the above link to see the menu!

I always order the curry of the day at Thai Stop on N. May and Memorial and tell them "gluten free".  Great food that is gluten free.   Lunch for two with two drinks is around $17.00 which is a bargain in my book.  Try it!

In an article in the New York Times on Febrary 3, 2010, Dr. Sheila Crowe, a professor in the division of gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Virginia, discussed the effect of Celiac Disease on fertility, which can affect both men and women.

Voted as "Tulsa area's favorite Italian restaurant" by Tulsa People magazine, Gina & Guiseppe's offers gluten free pizza and pasta.  Although I have not personally eaten there, I have heard it is great.  If you have any comments or reviews, please let me know, I would love to hear about your experience.  For now, I am just excited to have another Oklahoma option for dining out.
