Recently when was home visiting my parents, I went Food for Thought in Wichita, KS to see what gluten free goodies I could find.  I stumbled upon Katz gluten free, a brand I had been wanting to try but had not seen in the Midwest yet.  So, I bought some of their cinnamon and chocolate rugelech.  They are DELICIOUS!!! I put them immediately in my freezer and I pull one out at a time and warm them in my toaster oven right before eating.  The cinnamon has huge cinnamon chunks in it and the chocolate is warm and gooey.
