Hello Friends!!!  During the weekend of May 22nd and 23rd I invite everyone to raise awareness for Celiac Disease by encouraging others to take the gluten free challenge!  Simply click on the link above to sign up.  This is sponsered through the Gluten Intolerance Group and it is completely FREE to sign up.  You will also get a newsletter with recipes, product giveaways, and tips.  What could be a better way to encourage others to "walk in your shoes" for a weekend and help understand Celiac Disease.
