So, you may be wondering is the yogurt any good??? Well, I am a huge fat-free greek yogurt fan and I could not wait to try the new yogurt. I have tried the Blueberry and Strawberry and they were quite sweet, but they are sweetened with sugar instead of HFCS!!! YAY!!! I found no fruit pieces actually in the yogurt but it is well blended and tasty.  Overall it is a great find.  I have only seen it at Buy for Less here in the metro, but hopefully more stores will start carrying it!  It definitely makes gluten free life so much more pleasant!

There are 4 flavors: Blueberry, Honey Vanilla, and Strawberry (Each with 130 calories and no fat), and Plain (only 100 calories and no fat).

My favorite yogurt flavor is Cherry! The Yoplait kind, with the little bits of cherry in it. :-)

My favorite way to eat yogurt is either with a spoon out of a yogurt container, or Gogurt-style out of a tube. (Really handy for work, since you don't have to bring a spoon.)

I love honey vanilla. I love this in the morning for breakfast. I usually sprinkle walnuts on top.

My favorite flavor is blueberry, or any of the berry flavors. I do, however, have to Very Highly Recommend to all of you the Yoplait Delights yogurt ....chocolate and raspberry!! Incredible! I've tried most yogurts out there and Yoplait is one of the best. I love the Greek line of products they're promoting now also.
