This week's product review is on Chex cereal. General Mills has recently expanded their gluten-free line to include 5 Chex cereals:

Rice Chex
Corn Chex
Honey Nut Chex
Strawberry Chex
Chocolate Chex

I have tried them all except the Chocolate Chex and I definitely recommend them. I actually prefer to combine several cereals in my bowl - right now the preference is rice, corn, and honey nut. The honey nut and strawberry are both really sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth you will definitely like them. However the Rice and Corn are more subdued, but that does not take away from the flavor. The best part about these cereals is that you can purchase them in mainstream grocery stores.

So if you haven't tried them yet - pick up a box during your next grocery shopping trip.
