Green Goodies by Tiffany - gluten free cupcakes

I stopped by the grand opening of Green Goodies by Tiffany (7606 N. Western, OKC, OK) this afternoon to try their gluten free cupcakes. The cupcakes were goodie goodie yum yum just like Mom used to make me back in my gluten days. The cupcakes were light in texture and moist. I am usually a little disappointed with gluten free baked items as they always seem to come up a little short against good old wheat flour products. No disappointments this time. So, if you're a celiac and you need a cupcake fix, try this place.

I tried their cupcakes, too. Delicious! I had the vanilla. They are supposed to also have chocolate chip and chocolate. They were so swamped on the grand opening! They are only going to bake Gluten-free cupcakes 2 days a week, so be sure to call ahead. 405-842-2288. And of course, you can special order.

We are going to have GF chocolate chip cookie cupcakes which are delicious everyday!!!

My daughter had her first taste of these. She didn't eat the first one but did the second. I think she likes them, just wish they werent soooo expensive. At 3.75 each I dont see how we can afford to do that for B-day

There are great alternatives to commercial cupcakes that may be more economically feasible, such as Betty Crocker cake mixes. These are available at most grocery stores and make delicious cup cakes!

Green Goodies has wonderful cupcakes and have had them each time I've been in. I stop in when near Western.
Knowing they use organic ingredients is part of the cost, and they are delicious indeed.
They have also made me special cakes twice now for my grand daughter who has mutiple food allergies. Great people.
