Kibbles & Bits

I just found out that Kibbles & Bits Wholesome Medley is gluten-free. I found it at Wal*Mart. It was $11.52 for a 16 lbs bag. It's about half the price of lot of other dogs food. This is labeled on the from that it's wheat-gluten free. The only one of the major allergens in it is soy. I think it's one of the only main stream dog food producers to label their food gluten-free.

I am new to Celiac Disease info and strongly suspect I may have the problem. How can I find a knowledgeable and helpful physican in Oklahoma City/Moore area? I would sincerely appreicate help with this search for a good doctor for dianosis, etc.
